A shrine dedicated to the three dieties of Onamuchi-no-mikoto, Sukuna-Hikona-no-mikoto, and also Kumano-Kusubi-no-mikoto. Legend says that the first two of these gods discovered Arima Onsen.
This square is the starting point for Arima sightseeing. In the center there is a waterfall that represents the steam of a hot spring, and to the right is the statue of Taiko Hideyoshi who was fond of Arima.

You can reach Mt. Rokko in thirty minutes by car from Arima. The cablecar (“ropeway”) is just twelve minutes away.
