Yes, you can. To leave luggage with us before checking in, ask at the front desk upon arrival. You can also have your luggage stored on the day of check-out. For details, please ask a clerk.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel ahead of my arrival?
You can send luggage to the address below. We will take custody of it and store it for you until your arrival.

There are safety deposit boxes in the room that you can use free of charge.
Do you provide pajamas, robes, and slippers?
All rooms come with Japanese yukata robes and slippers. The women’s robes come in four stylish flower patterns to choose from.
What amenities are offered in the room?
You will find towels, bath towels, combs, tooth brushes, shower caps, razors, and hair dryers.

Bathing / Hot Springs
Can I use the Taiko-no-yu baths before checking in or after checking out?
Hotel public baths: 3:30 PM to midnight, then 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM the following day.
Taiko-no-yu: 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Do you have baths for private booking?
We apologize, but we do not.
Are the baths unisex?
Both the hot springs and large public bath are unisex.
I have allergies or religious restrictions that prevent me from eating certain foods.
If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions and contact us by at least three days before your stay, we will do our best to accommodate you. While we can also accommodate specific allergens like shrimp, wheat and soy are used in the seasoning and preparation of the food, so we may be unable to fully separate these substances. Please contact us by e-mail or telephone at least three days prior to your visit. Because allergic responses vary among each person, we cannot guarantee a complete exclusion of your symptoms. While we can refrain from using certain ingredients, we may be unable to, for example, completely eliminate minuscule quantities of a substance adhered to pots or cooking implements. Given the restrictions inherent to a traditional inn, we may be unable to fully accommodate you so, if you must put safety first, please consult with a medical specialist.
