Succulent food in a relaxing environment

Wagyu sukiyaki

Japanese black wagyu, with its flavorful taste, is prepared sukiyaki style. The special dipping sauce prepared by the chef is simply exquisite. Servings are just right at 140g per person. You must try this delicacy.

Silver-and-gold Arima stew

This unique stew is exclusive to our hotel. Enjoy a selection of fine seafood and produce in a miso or clear broth base, two soups that suggest the famous Kinsen and Ginsen springs.
